What a deep cleaning looks like
On a restaurant ice machine in Gramercy that had gone too long without cleaning, we removed the parts that could come out, cleaned the evaporator section, pump area, drain and bin liner, reassembled the machine and returned it to service. The full before and after photos are on the projects page.
