Here's just a small sampling of the projects we've done over the years.
-
The Park Slope Project - Brooklyn
We recently completed a 5-zone mini-split installation in Brooklyn, providing year-round heating and cooling with a high-efficiency heat pump system.
-
From planning the layout to the final startup and testing, every detail was carefully considered to ensure the system performs efficiently and blends seamlessly with the property. We're proud of how this project turned out and grateful for the opportunity to help our customer improve the comfort of their home.
-
To maintain access to the driveway, the outdoor condenser was strategically mounted above the door, maximizing space while allowing for proper serviceability and airflow.
-
For this project, our team installed five indoor units along with line-set covers throughout the property to keep the installation looking clean and professional.
-
For the living room, we installed a unit with the capacity to handle a larger open space effortlessly. We made sure to mount it where it blends into the room and provides even cooling without blasting air directly onto the couch or seating areas. It keeps the main gathering space completely comfortable for relaxing or hosting, all while running whisper-quiet.
-
Moving inside, here is the indoor unit we installed for the bedroom. We always plan the placement carefully so it cools the space efficiently without blowing air directly onto the bed.
-
For the master bedroom, the goal is always maximum comfort with zero noise. We installed this unit to provide precise temperature control exactly where it’s needed, positioning it carefully to avoid any direct drafts over the bed. It delivers a perfect sleeping environment without the loud rattling you get from standard window units.
-
Basements around here can be a headache—they are almost always damp in the summer and freezing all winter. We put a unit down here to tackle both. It completely changes the feel of the room by pulling out that heavy humidity and actually making it a comfortable space you want to hang out in, instead of just a cold storage room.
-
The Downtown Project - Manhattan
We recently wrapped up a multi-zone mini-split installation in Downtown Manhattan, and we are incredibly proud of how it turned out.
-
Our team handled the entire process from start to finish—not just the HVAC installation, but the heavy-duty condenser brackets, clean line-hide covers, and all the sheetrock repair, plastering, sanding, and painting required to make the space look good.
-
Here is the finished product after the sheetrock was closed, mudded, sanded, and painted. You'd never know we had to open up the walls to route the lines. Everything is completely seamless, leaving the room looking pristine with just the sleek indoor unit in place.
-
Space was tight here, so the owners chose the specific locations for the indoor units. Once we patched the walls back, the lines vanished, leaving a clean, custom layout that makes the most of every square inch.

The Grand Concourse Project - The Bronx
This commercial 5-zone cassette mini-split installation is currently underway, and we're excited to share the progress so far.
First condensing unit higher up per owner designations. -
Here is a look at a commercial space in the Bronx currently underway, featuring multiple ceiling cassette zones going in. These flush-mount units are ideal for open commercial layouts, retail floors, or offices because they tuck right into the drop ceiling and deliver clean, multi-directional airflow without eating up wall space or interrupting the room's design.
