We take indoor units apart and clean the coil, blower wheel, drain pan and housing, then reassemble and test.

How often should a VRF or ductless system be serviced?

For most commercial buildings we recommend planned visits at least twice a year, and more often for busy or high-use spaces. We set the schedule around your equipment and how it is used.

Can you work in an occupied building?

Yes. We schedule work around tenants and business hours and keep the work area protected.

What do I get after a service visit?

A written report with labeled photos of what we found and what we did.
